Russian visa centre in Cyprus
On 4th October 2019, Russian visa centre will open in Cyprus. The Russian Visa Center in Cyprus is established to simplify the procedure of applying for Russian visas and to improve the quality of services for Cypriot citizens and other nationals applying for visas to enter the Russian Federation.
This will be facilitated by the modern equipment and software of the Russian Visa Centre, qualified personnel, comfortable offices conveniently located in all major cities of Cyprus — Nicosia, Paphos, Limassol, Larnaca.
The Russian Visa Centre in Cyprus is the only agency officially authorized by the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Cyprus to accept and process applications for Russian visas on behalf of the Embassy from individuals and organizations, hand over passports with ready visas and provide other services.
Please note that the Russian Visa Centre and its staff cannot influence the decision on a visa application and timing of consideration. The assessment of completeness and reliability of visa applications, the authority to issue (or refuse) a visa are the exclusive prerogative of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Cyprus.
When submitting the documents, an applicant pays consular and service fees to the Russian Visa Centre. Consular fee rates are set in accordance with the Russian law or applicable international treaties. The full amount of the consular fee is transferred by the visa center to the Embassy. Service fee is a charge for the services of the Visa Center and amounts 30 euro. At the request of visitors, the Visa Centre can provide additional services, the list and the cost of which is be specified on its official website.
